YQ-DPT500 mechanical type paper plate(dish) forming machine is independently research and developed according to the market. It's for plates in small sizes and shallow depth. It have many functions of automatic paper-feeding, heating forming, automatic outputting, constant temperature control, automatic counting and collecting. It's an ideal equipment for producing round plates, square plates in production line. And the machine can equipped with cylinder or hydraulic according to customers' requirements.
Main features:
1.The machine body frame was built by 2 pieces of thicker iron plate and optical axis. Without welding, higher precision, running stability, long service life.
2.PLC control panel with touch screen.
3.The machine adopts mechanical working in paper-feeding, it's more stable than traditional feeding technology and the rejection rate is greatly reduced.
4.The machine with humanized design, automatic counting system and collection, it can save more human resource than traditional machine.
5.The machine can equipped with packing machine(paper plates packaging film) and labeling machine(the label after packaging). It's suitable for production line.

2) PACKING:
As standard for export.
MARK: the marks on the wooden box should be according to the buyer's requirements.
3) TREMS OF PAYMENT:
By 100% T/T, 30 % of deposit should be paid before produce, then 70% of balance should be paid before shipment
4) DELIVERY:
Within 30-40 days after get the deposit.
All moulds sizes according to customer's request.
5) GUARANTEE:
One year. During this period, in case of any troubles of the machine being discovered is not due to bad operation, and caused by machine itself, the seller will repair/replace/send the spare parts for free. After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost.
6) INSTALLATION AND TEST RUNNING OF MACHINE:
We will send our technician to install and test run the machine and train operation according to customer's requirements. All expense abroad including getting visa, 2-way air tickets, food, hotel, local traffic, translator, worker salary (USD120/day) etc
should be covered by buyer
